The Woocommerce product image is not in the header, so you cannot achieve it by using the sticky header(by the way, Ocean Sticky Header is a premium plugin, and we cannot solve premium plugin issues. However, you can use Ocean Stick Anything plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ocean-stick-anything/. Please follow the steps explained in this link:
