Hello.
I would know if it’s possible to hide bad words, maybe with the help of a plugin or approving new post before of their publishing.

Currently its only possible to add some kind of censorship via a custom code-snippet. This one must be added to your themes functions.php file and can be found here

There is also an approval-functionality available but currently it can only be used for new topics. You can enable Approval for forums in Forum – Structure.
