How to handle Polish characters in URL?

Hi,
I have Polish characters in the form, e.g. “Małgorzata”.
After the redirection, I have “bushes” instead of Polish letters.

I use the PRO version.
I have set: nazwa=[imie]
[imie] = Małgorzata
Instead of “ł” moves me “Ĺ‚”
How to fix it?It should convert Polish characters like this tool:
