How is this supposed to work?

    Problem: Liveversion of WP uses a lot of media files. And Devversion does not have them stored. So i have lot of loading time and 404 errors locally. Now i installed your plugin as it seems to solve this problem perfectly. But after installing nothing changed. Do i need to add some code somewhere?
