How do I center a table/How do I force an outside border

    1. How do I center a table? If tried the obvious HTML code as stated on page http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/centering-a-table
    The table appears OK in the EDIT PAGE “add media” box, but when I click on “preview changes” the table is still not centered.

    2. How do force a table to have an outside border? The HTML code has the correct border command, but the displayed table doesn’t have a border. The table appears OK in the EDIT PAGE “add media” box, but when I click on “preview changes” there’s no outside border.
