I was using AIO SEO now switched to Rank Math
but now my homepage title is title+desc
I just want to show title for the homepage

Did you try adding the title tag manually?
Also, can you please share a screenshot of the settings from AIO so we can take a look if they are getting converted properly?

problem was about textmetric plugin
disabled it and solved
