• For anybody who is having a problem with the plugin after they update to the latest version, try installing a previous version.

I had to go back from v2.2 to v2.0 to get it working.

    A few steps:

    1. On the right side of the wordpress.org plugin page, click the Advanced View link located under the tags.
    2. Next, go to the bottom of the screen and you’ll see a new section called previous versions. The disclaimer says it may not work with your version of WP, but it already doesn’t work, right?
    3. Select a previous version to test with and download it. Going from v2.2 to v2.0 worked for me.
    4. Next, you’ll want to go into your WP admin panel’s Installed Plugins section. Since the folder for that plugin already exists on your server, uploading the plugin as-is will likely fail. You’ll want to disable then delete the plugin from your WP installation. NOTE: This should not delete all of the video ids that you previously used for product videos. Those will remain in the WP database.
    5. After that, click Add New to upload the older version that you downloaded to your computer.
    6. Once installed successfully, refresh your product page to see if the videos show.

All video ids that you previously used should still be linked to the product image, same as before. If not, go into the product gallery, check to see if the video id is there. If it is, and the videos aren’t showing on the live product page, then you may need to download an even earlier version of the plugin until it works. It took me trying two previous builds to find the version (v2.0) that worked as it did before.
