• Hi there

I’m trying to get your plugin to work with W3 Total Cache. We want it enabled and minification on.

Please provide a best practice guide? I realise we can exclude your files from W3TC .. but please specify exactly what to exclude?

    Thanks

    Hi, engage24

Thanks for using Pinterest Pin It Button On Image Hover And Post plugin.
We inform you that as you want to enabled and minification on. No issue you can continue with it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Your answer unfortunately makes no sense and doesn’t answer my question.

    Hi, engage24

Sorry for the misunderstanding we checked it.
    file – js/pinit.js
Is the necessary file for the plugin so please don’t exclude it otherwise plugin not works.
    You can exclude it.
    files – js/weblizar-smartech.js

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks for the file to exclude. We’ve tried excluding it from caching, but it still doesn’t fix our problem.
I’ve now tried disabling W3 Total Cache altogether, but still get the issue.

    The current problem is:
If we are logged in, then we can see the pin buttons on each image OK.
If we are logged out, only the ‘save’ button shows on the bottom of the page… none of the images have pin buttons.

What is the problem here please?

    Thanks

    Hi engage24

    Thanks for using our plugin.

You didn’t need to share your site admin access on the public support forum.

We already mention our email address and our site contact page. So you can share the site access no email address.

But in future don’t send the site admin access on the public support forum.

    Thanks

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
