I like that this theme uses common WordPress plug-ins rather than having everything hard-coded in – makes it easy to add features and not easily outdated. Very versatile with lots of widget areas and color options, easy to customize. And the support people are great if you want something that isn’t available in Customize (especially if you have Pro, which is very affordable).
