Hi, I need assistance with the Lifter LMS gravity forms plug in. I have 15 lessons, and 15 unique forms. The user needs to evaluate each lesson. An I need a report on each as I need to see the data.

Furthermore after the lesson is evaluated the user needs to be issues with a certificate.

The question is how do I set this up? I had a look at this video but it is a bit vague https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdVE-K6ViNE he talks about a short code but I can’t see it on the screen. Where can I find documentation on the short code / where can I find a process?
