Recently all my google ads are being rejected yet I did not change a thing. I am getting ‘Destination Not Working’ and then when I click to see the reason I get:

    Platform: iOS
    HTTP error 503
    Final URL:
    Expanded URL: http://www.spinfireusa.com/
    Last checked: Apr 5, 2022 4 AM
If the URL you entered isn't working, check to make sure it's correct, then resubmit your ad for review. If resubmission doesn't work, contact your web developer.
    Read the policy

This is also happening with desktop.

I tried disabling advanced protection and going back to Basic, but that didn’t solve the problem. Deactivate Wordfence entirely does solve the problem but now I have Zero protetion.

    Help!!!!!

Hi @leonpress44, thanks for getting in touch!

When I attempted to access your site, I received a 503 from Wordfence that access from my area has been limited for security reasons. Whilst I feel that this or a similar block might also be the cause of why Google Ads can’t access the site, this error only originates from the Premium version of Wordfence.

As the forums are for only discussing the free version, if you are a premium customer, I recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. They will be able to assist you faster and more efficiently for your version.

You can also access premium support via the Help menu item in the plugin, Help link on the plugin’s Dashboard page, on our documentation homepage or via the HELP link in the footer of all wordfence.com pages.

Let me know if you believe that not to be the case.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Yes I am a premium user and no the block does not appear to have been caused by an area, ie country, block as I have had that on for years with no problem and I have not changed anything on my website or the Wordfence settings.

Using advice I saw at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordfence-causes-my-site-to-crash-with-a-503-server-error-upon-activation/ I ended up using Wordfence Assistant to delete all my tables, etc. then reinstalled Wordfence, activated the premium version and blocked all countries except a few so if you are outside the US, Canada, Mexico and most of South America you’d get that message. https://httpstatus.io/ now shows that https://www.spinfireusa.com and http://www.spinfireusa.com are working but I haven’t reconfigured everything in Wordfence yet and of course don’t know if the error is going to rear its ugly head again.

    Hi @leonpress44,

Thanks for the extra information, although because WordPress.org allow us to use these forums to assist our free customers, it is against their rules to offer assistance for the paid version here.

If you have already copied the information given here to a premium ticket using the details in my previous reply, you don’t need to take further action and somebody should be able to assist you shortly if they aren’t already. If not, please do so as we wish you to gain the help you need and are entitled to.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
