    Thanks for reaching out to us and extremely sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the MetForm Plugin.

    This issue can occur for several reasons –

    • First of all, please make sure that you have completed each step of the Onboarding section that appears after activating the plugin for the very first time. If you can confirm that it is done, then proceed to the next step.
    • If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.
    • Still persists issue, Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
    • If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what causes this issue.
      Also, change the permalink and then check whether the dashboard is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.

    However, we have checked both on forum support thread and in our support center but didn’t find any support ticket regarding this matter. So, we recommend you to open a support ticket at our support center with the above information we asked. We will try to find out the actual issue and let you know the update ASAP!

    Upon further inquiry, we couldn’t communicate with you regarding this matter. We want to assure you that our plugin does not include any procedures that force users to leave reviews before using it. The onboarding process occurs when a user installs the plugin for the first time, but we never coerce or request users to rate the plugin with five stars in any step of the process.

    Therefore, I kindly request that you revise your review. Your one-star review without any valid reason on this public platform can mislead many users and potentially damage the reputation of our plugin. Taking all of these factors into account, I hope you will reconsider your rating.
