    Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Forminator plugin. When I create a form and click the preview button in the back end, the visual changes I made to the form display correctly. However, when I view the form on the live site, it reverts to the default styling.

I have already added the page to the LiteSpeed Cache exclusions and cleared the entire site cache, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Túlio

    Hi @tuliothales

    I hope you’re well today!

This is how the form looks form me on this page:

    https://app.screencast.com/eUJv86Zjfcu6c

It does seem pretty ‘generic” but then – I don’t really know how is it supposed to look with the customizations that you added. Usually cases like this are either related to some kind of caching and/or asset optimization (e.g. plugins that minify/combine JS/CSS) or are causes by some 3rd-party styles (from theme or other plugins) overriding Forminator’s styles.

But I don’t see any errors related to JS/CSS of this form so it’s difficult to say.

Would you please share screenshot (from “preview”) of how this form is supposed to look?

Also, I’m assuming that all the customizations that you made are done via form settings and if there’s custom CSS added – it’s added via the custom CSS option in form’s Appearance settings, right?

If so, would you also share form export with us so we could check it on our end?

    To do so:
    – go to the “Forminator -> Forms” page
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question and select “Export” option
    – copy given export code and put it at https://pastebin.com
    – and then include link to that paste in response below.

Note: this will only share form itself and all the submission data will stay safely in your site; we don’t need them anyway.

    Best regards,
    Adam

I even disabled the litespeed cache and it still didn’t work.

I use the JNews theme on my website.

    Hello @tuliothales,

Thank you for sending the screenshot and the form file.

Right now when I view the page on your site I see the form looks the same as on your screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WiSyo-47meTf

In case it’s still not displaying the same way for you, could you please try opening it on a new incognito/private tab, or “hard-refreshing” the page in your browser:

Hope this helps. Please let us know if the issue persists.

    Best Regards,
