Fetch error, Root issue

    I’ve changed my website from shared hosting to a VPS and now the RSS fetch won’t work in WP RSS Aggregator, keep having the same error:
    The importing process failed after 60 seconds with the message: “is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/.bzr) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/:/tmp/)”
    “mysite.com” is my website 🙂

    Can someone help my out with this?

    You will need to modify the open_basedir settings in your hosting account.

    Can you have a chat with your host’s technical support to resolve this? They should be able to help you.
