Featured Links to Product Category matching

    Hi there,

    I have the ‘Featured Link’ feature via my Theme on my homepage, which currently displays three Product Categories. 

    How can I make it so that when visitors click on each image on the Featured Link it takes them directly to that same Product Category page? At the moment, when I click on, say, Hats, it just takes to the Shop page and doesn’t match up with the ‘Hats’ Product Category on the Shop page. I attach an image below to explain more:

    First of all, we would like to express our utmost gratitude for choosing our plugin 🙂

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with the plugin.

    After carefully reviewing your message and the page you provided above, we have noticed that the “WL: Product Tab” widget has been used on the Shop page of your store to showcase products.

    Please be informed that the widget won’t display products based on the matching link or product category.

    Therefore, we’d recommend using the “WL: Archive Layout (Default)” widget on the Shop page template. Doing so should resolve the issue and fetch the products based on the category link you click on.

    Hi @tarekht – thanks for your response 🙂

    I have tried doing this, but I am not sure why it won’t work now. I created the template and then used the different archive widget. But now how do I get it all to come together so that when someone clicks, e.g. Hats on the homepage on Featured Links, it automatically takes them to Hats in the product categories in Shop? It’s this part that is confusing me. I am not sure how to connect everything to get it to do this part. Thanks!
