I’m working on a site for a customer who wants a widget on her website which allows users to send a message directly to her phone. She has a fb page and so I started looking into the fb live chat widget. I want to test it out, so I’ve created a dummy fb account and a dummy fb page. I would like to hook up the dummy fb page to a fb live chat widget on the staging site https://signetcontemporaryart-stagingsite.com/
I have installed the plugin and activated it. Then, at the top of the plugins page there is a message that reads, “Facebook Chat Plugin is almost ready to use. Connect your Facebook page here to start receiving messages today.” I click the “here” hyperlink which takes me to the “Facebook Chat Plugin Settings” page, where I then click “Setup Chat Plugin”. A window opens with the message, “An administrator role is required on the target Facebook Page for the plugin. For other Facebook Pages not shown here, a user with an administrator role on the target Facebook Page should complete the setup.” However, when I click the “Select Facebook Page” dropdown menu, nothing happens. The dropdown button changes colour slightly as if it is supposed to be open and showing fb pages, but there are no fb pages for me to choose.

How do I fix this?
