Favicon file unavailable in robots.txt

    Hi, I am having this issue in Webmasters Consoles: ‘Favicon file unavailable in robots.txt’.
    By now I know that WordPress is pointing to specific 32 and 114px favicons, instead of the generated by the plugin.
    How can I solve this? Is there any workaround from inside WordPress, or from the robots.txt file?
    Whenever I try to modify WordPress functions file, a message says that when upgraded, all will be erased.
