facebook like button short code and google chrome

    i had to remove the shortcodes for the awd facebook like button – they were not working in google chrome. they would work initially, and then, i believe related to cookies and/or browser caches, they would stop working for google chrome users. I replaced with the facebook iframe code and used the permalink to reference the url in order to get around this.

    If there is a fix so that the shortcode stayed working in chrome that would be awesome, I believe people have issues with this in other browsers as well.

    This depends on your privacy settings, facebook like button will not work using html5 or xfbml if you use high privacy settings. However you can use the iframe settings in the settings of the button.
