Hi again. I am trying to get the email address to show on this page to no avail. I have the email entry selected in the ‘single entry content blocks’ section, and I added the show_email=’TRUE’ to the short code but can’t seem to show it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am sorry Steven. The situation is fluid. I was asked to make some changes and we are now using the slim-plus template and it has become a non-issue. I apologize and appreciate your stellar support and responsiveness. I’ll give you a plug on our X page next round of updates.
Well I did switch templates but see that the email is still not showing. Sorry thought I had it.

Ok, just to confirm the issue … you have email addresses added to directory entries and they are not being displayed, correct?
If this is the case, do you have the Contact add-on for Connections installed? If you do, please deactivate it. One of its primary features is to hide the display of the email addresses and instead show a contact form the site visitor can fill out to email the directory entry. This form can only be displayed on the single entry detail/profile view via its Content Block.

No luck. I temporarily removed the additional css to see if somehow I hid it, but nothing. I also tried switching to other templates.
Please reduce the shortcode to [connections template='slim-plus' category=5 order_by='id|RANDOM'].
Please share a screenshot showing the active plugins. (This can be done by saving the screenshot to your WP Media Library and copy-pasting the URL it gives into your reply.)
Sorry … also, please share a screenshot showing the email address attached to the entry when editing it on the Connections Manage admin page.
Okay your last email clued me in. I deactivated the license for the Contact add-on, but not the actual plugin. Now the email address shows. Sorry to eat up your time.
