    Hi,

I; ‘m trying to sync the meeting, and it says ‘Zoom Meetings are synchronized successfully! Please reload this page in order to see changes.‘ I’m getting these errors while I’m syncing meetings from the button ‘Sync with Zoom Meetings‘.

    Hello,

It seems that you have undergone a change in Zoom credentials, and the meetings that were registered under a different account cannot be found upon synchronization with the new account. As a result, an error is being encountered.

    Got it, thanks.

Can I limit the number of meetings I can manually sync from the backend?

    Hello @ameenulhaq,

Unfortunately, there is no option to limit the number of meeting or synchronize only specific meeting.

Integration of eRoom and Zoom is carried out through Meeting SDK API, which synchronizes the entire account with the plugin. Unfortunately, the Meeting SDK API may limit some technical capabilities, such as synchronization of a limited number of rallies.

    Best regards,
