Does the plugin offer localization? It seems all “Error Messages” are in English regardless of Site Language.

There are few languages which have been translated by the WordPress community you can check it here https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/loginizer/
It could take a few minutes for WordPress to reflect the new language for a plugin if the language files are already not present as it downloads it which can take a little time.
If you do not find a language there, you can translate the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
