Hi,
Unable to insert Tokens in the post Status to Twitter when I update to version 3.0
I select the tokens from the list, but nothing happens!
Thanks for letting us know about this @doywil. We were able to reproduce the issue on our development site and are working on a fix. We’ll post an update here as soon as it’s available.
I can’t insert tokens in emails too. Also it’s not fetching tags from Jetpack CRM. (I’m not sure if it’s an issue with WP Fusion. I’ll check that out.)

Our developer had a look and confirmed that in plain text textareas, like for Twitter, our support for user-friendly tokens in 3.0 is limited. For now, we have made an updated file available here: https://we.tl/t-AFMyhLWq8f
You should download that and replace the existing version of that file by FTP at this location: /wp-content/plugins/uncanny-automator/src/recipe-ui/dist/bundle.min.js
Let us know if you still have issues. We’ll get an updated version of Automator out soon that includes the fix. Thanks again for mentioning it!

Thank you for the updated file. As I suggested I set up a staging site to test the changes (Took one full day to learn how to do that I am still learning my way around wordpress coding and web hosting, which is why it took so long to reply, )
Unfortunately the new file didn’t work. Still not able to insert tokens 🙁
I have a backup of my site with the version before 3.0, I am using it on my live/production site. Hopefully it’ll be resolved when the next update comes out.

Are you able to confirm that this is still failing after a hard refresh? It sounds like the file may have been cached after your update, so we want to rule that out. If you do have an environment where you could do a hard refresh and confirm the change with 3.0 it will help us understand whether the fix did work properly (it’s good on our side).
(I would add a link with detailed instructions for a hard refresh, as I know this is still relatively new to you, but adding links mean my comments are held for moderation and I didn’t want the reply to be delayed. You’re also welcome to reach out on our website.)

I don’t know if it is hard refresh, but I tried after cleaning my browser history. I am able to insert tokens now. 🙂

Facebook may be something we’re working on right now, LinkedIn is under consideration, but maybe you can send more details about what you’d want to do with Google on our website so we can consider it as a feature request. Beyond Google Sheets right now we don’t have plans to add other Google service integrations.
It’s not easy to get more official work yet.
