Emails are not Sending

    My wordpress does not send emails to gmail/yahoo

    I have a wordpress site, which is “woo commerce” site . with “Fluent smtp” and ultimate member plugins for user registration. My site does not send emails to gmail and yahoo. But when i send a test email from fluent smtp it sends and its on the inbox. How ever when the site sends user activation/verification link. It’s not there in the email inbox or spam. But fluent smtp email log shows it was successful.

    when i send email directly from hosting service provider. It sends. And its in the inbox.

    when i use an email created to my domain name which is example@graphicayya.store . and register from this newly created mail. The site sends activation link to the inbox.

    How can i fix this problem.

    1. I would suggest to check with your DNS records. Confirm that your domain’s DNS records are correctly configured, including MX, SPF, and DKIM records.

    2. If not, Check the email settings in the Ultimate Member plugin. Verify that it is configured to use the Fluent SMTP for sending emails.

    3. Test with different email addresses to see if the issue is specific to certain email providers or if it’s a more general problem.

    You can contact hosting provider to enquire if there are restrictions or issues with sending emails from your server.
