I have a gallery I’ve built with Elementor on a page of a site, but when I go to Edit the Gallery or Add to the Gallery, the Edit Gallery screen is cut off—the various dropdown menus from the Media Library Organizer “hide” the top part of the pane, such that I can’t see the tops of the thumbnails of what’s already in the gallery, meaning I can’t reorder or delete any.

This doesn’t appear to be a caching issue, because it happens in different browsers after I’ve cleared the cache.

It doesn’t appear to be an Elementor issue because it happens regardless of the gallery type, and only appears in the Edit Gallery/Add to Gallery screen (which isn’t in Elementor). Since I can’t adjust the size of this pane, and there don’t appear to be any errors in my Console, what can be done about this?

Here’s a screenshot to show you what I mean: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/0f7xIdXrvz2MOVtC5H0thcj5w#editgallery-cutoff

See https://imgur.com/SvF4Er5, noting scrollbar within the gallery viewport that is correctly displayed when using:
    – WordPress 6.0
    – Elementor 3.6.6
    – Media Library Organizer 1.4.4

We’re not controlling this scrollbar visibility, so you’re welcome to find the root cause of whatever is incorrectly removing said scrollbar in your instance (whether that be a plugin or theme).

    Thank you!

    Hi there,
In the screenshot you included, the scrollbar is visible, but can you scroll up to the top of the top row of thumbnails? That’s the problem I’m having.

A quick check of the screenshot we provided demonstrates that it is scrolled to the top row of thumbnails.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,
I saw the image you provided, and it doesn’t actually answer my question at all, so I’m including a short video clip to demonstrate what I mean: the scrollbar is at the top, but you can’t see the top of the thumbnails. That means it’s impossible to REMOVE any images from the gallery, because the Media Library Organizer dropdowns in the gray area are covering them up, and there’s no way to scroll up further.

Even in your image, the top parts of your thumbnails are cut off. Can you get to the [X] in the corner of the thumbnails to delete one? Is there another way to remove images from a gallery besides reversing the order and then changing it back again?

    Not possible.

    No

Please uninstall the plugin given it’s not suitable for your requirements. Thanks.

    Resolved in 1.4.6.
