    Hello

Hoping to find out how to solve this problem:

For the past few days we’ve had a problem not receiving e-mail notifications about new orders (both us as a shop default e-mail and our customers as well). I still get a notification on my Woocommerce app and the products are taken off inventory (thankfully!), but in the “Order notes” section there are several steps missing that usually are there to trigger these e-mails. Customers get a “There has been a critical error on this website” after payment and don’t get an order confirmation. During this time until present moment 2 orders from 11 HAVE triggered the correct e-mails. All is correct in the e-mail settings. What can I do?

    Thanks!

    Hi @evakuum,

Customers get a “There has been a critical error on this website” after payment and don’t get an order confirmation.

Kindly check for the logged errors in your WooCommerce → Status → Logs so that we can get an idea of what’s happening.

Also, check whether the emails are getting sent as explained in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4

    Thanks.
