I have installed the plugin in one site and when clicking on the Attachment button, you need to do it twice. The first time it doesn’t respond and the following error shows in the console:

I tried deactivating my theme and testing with the Twenty Twenty and some of the plugins that could interfere with this functionality, but it keeps on showing.
