    Sorry for the inconvenience! If you just close the notification, it won’t come again. If it does then would you mind opening a support ticket so that we can see that for you?

    We never intent to nag our users for rating, its just we show the notification so that user can rate us depending upon our feature and support. Further if they don’t want to rate us then they can simply close the notification and it won’t show again.

    Hello @umairee95,

    I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force! And I just wanted to touch base with you to chech whether everything is fine.

    As mentioned above, the notice does go away once closed. It is just a notification we have placed so that users can drop in their experience with the theme. However, this gets closed once you opt out of it.

    We also tested it at our end in various environments and it’s working like how it should. Could you please confirm whether you could close it on your website?

    If not, please open up a ticket at our support center, so that we can help you with this.
