I have a large website and it has a large all in one backup file on it. When updraft plus backs up, does it back up this file. If it does, how can I stop it from backing up the all in one backups.

I believe the ones mentioned are excluded automatically – it is mentioned under the changelog for version 1.16.33 – 20/Oct/2020.
