• I got the plugin running on a high traffic site and am testing out performance improvement. It seems to give the home page a bit of speed boost as I uploaded a few unnecessary scripts and css files from it.

I wanted to check out the Pro version from a link under the plugin settings screen. The link takes me to gabelivan.com, and the site takes forever to load almost a full minute! Navigating to some other pages in the site also takes a good few seconds for a page to fully load. I felt like just to close my browser window and leave, though curiosity keep me patient. It looks like site is hammered by Google Analytics script and some other rendering-blocking scripts! I’m thinking what an irony and shame that the author’s site is doing the opposite thing of what this plugin attempts to solve – performance.

Update: author responded and it looks like their site is all good running fast.

@skylabb thank you for the review! I’m glad the plugin is helping your website load faster.

In regards to the pricing page and other pages being slow, I have to admit I’m surprised as the pages were optimised countless times. The page does not have a Google PageSpeed Insights of 100, but it should load fast. Can you double-check if it loads the same now? Perhaps using a different browser…

    Thanks for the response, Gabe.
I checked your site and it’s loading fast now. I could have been just slow on that particular day due to third party server or network traffic? I have sites using Google Analytics and they experience performance drag because of third party services. Revising my review with 5 stars!
