The Setup Wizard page displays when you install the user registration plugin for the first time to create the required page, such as account and other important settings. The setup wizard can not be run when you have already installed the user registration plugin and set it up on your site. The setup wizard is intentionally disabled because if you run the setup wizard multiple times, it causes the problem. So, if you have already registered users through the user registration form and set up the form settings. In that case, we recommend you create pages manually and configure other required settings with the help of the documentation.

You want the setup wizard under any condition. You can use the Uninstall User Registration feature. However, it will erase all the user registration-related data, including the registered users. You can follow the below steps to uninstall the User Registration:

Go to UserRegistration >> Settings >> Misc >> Advanced >> Uninstall User Registration
Deactivate and delete the User Registration Plugin.
Reinstall the UserRegistration Plugin, and the Setup Wizard page will appear.
