Differnt galleries on one page should end up in different lightboxes

    Hi,

    I use different galleries on one page. These should also be grouped as lightboxes in different groups. How can I configure this. Currently all images from different galleries end up in one group. Thanks for your help!

    Hi, enabling SLB’s “Group gallery items separately” option will put supported galleries into separate groups.

    Separate groups are currently supported for galleries created with the Classic Editor.

    Support for grouping galleries created with the Block Editor is planned for a future update. You can follow this existing ticket on Block Editor gallery support for updates.

    If you are using a third-party gallery plugin or block, you can request an extension to add support for that plugin/block.

    Hi, I run into this same issue today and luckily found this thread which clears my confusion. The ‘Group gallery items separately‘ setting does not seem to do anything, and I thought this maybe a bug and wanted to report here.

    While it’s understandable that you are working on extending compatibility for Gutenberg, it would help users avoid confusion and spare them a trip to this plugin page to find out what’s going on with super simple fix by adding a line of text on the setting screen explaining the issue.
