Different Admin Notification Number for Different form field Selection

    Hi,
    Can you please tell me if it is possible to set a different admin notification number for each form field selection? I am using a form for a gym site with multiple branches. When a user selects a specific branch, the notification message needs to be sent to the corresponding branch’s number.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Admin notifications can be sent to multiple numbers, but not conditionally to different numbers.

    I am sorry, this is not possible with this plugin.
