Delayed payment for manual shipping calculation

    I have a client who wants to take orders via woocommerce but then have the order placed in a pending status until some manual calculations can be performed by an administer prior to charging their paypal or their credit card.

    I know that woocommerce has excellent shipping calculations out of the box and there are plugins for a variety of shipping services and I have used the table rate shipping plugin before. I would not normally do shipping in this way, but this is what the client wants.

    Does anyone know of a plugin, or of a way to force woocommerce to put the order in a pending status without charging paypal or a credit card but placing a hold until the shipping is manually calculated?

    I have a similar issue – my client sells Bengali books which may or may not be available at the time of ordering. He would like to review the order and keep it in pending status without charging Paypal or a credit card until he is sure the books are available.

    Is this possible?
