Customize: Slider Options & Service Options – can’t change values

    I restored an old version of my site that was using a 1.X version of enigma-parallax. When I updated to the latest version I found that I cannot change the values for:

    Theme Slider Options – ‘Slider Description One’ (Two or Three) I cannot enter data into description area in either Visual or Text mode. In the refernced image you can see that there is no text in the descroption box, but the value on the slider is “Host your ninja’s next part at NoVA Ninja!” I cannot change the existing text. This was created in the 1.x version theme and I can find no way to update this field in V3.0.4. (http://novaninja.com/nn2019/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Customize-Slider-Sketch.png)

    Service Options – ‘Service One Text'(and two and three) Same issue with the service description as you can see in the PNG the existing text is not displayed in the Visual/Text area and I cannot input into that section to change the text value crasted using v1.x of the theme (http://novaninja.com/nn2019/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Customize-Service-Sketch.png)

    Running WordPress 5.0.3 and enigma-parallax Version 3.0.4

    I could restore an old backup of the 1.x theme and change the text values, but I can’t be doing that every time I need to change the sliders or service areas description/text.

    Hi,

    Maybe it’s your plugin confliction, So try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check the issue.

    I couldn’t isolate the culprit, but when I deactivated all plug-ins I was able to make the changes.

    oki.

    Sometimes the js or some functionalities conflict with each other. So no one is the culprit in this.
