    Hi @ufwebmasters,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you have experienced, where the custom fields created by the Related Products For WooCommerce plugin don’t appear for mapping in the import field while using the WP All Import plugin.

To ensure that the custom fields created by the Related Products for WooCommerce plugin are available in the import field, it’s essential that the importing CSV contains the corresponding headers. Could you please let us know how you have created the CSV file for the import process?

To import custom related products data from the CSV file into the custom field of the products, and to have the custom field available in the import field of the WP All Import plugin, you can follow these steps:

    1. Export a sample product where you have configured the related products for that product in the Linked Products section. You can export this sample product either using WP All Export as shown in this documentation or use the default WooCommerce export feature with custom meta enabled.
    2. Use the exported CSV as a template for importing data.

By following these steps, the custom fields created by the Related Products For WooCommerce plugin will be available for mapping, allowing you to successfully import the custom fields for related products into your WooCommerce products.

If you need further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help.
