CSS not used

    I’ve rebuild my WordPress-instance, cause I couldn’t upgrade tot PHP8.
    So I’ve installed, exported, imported and copied a lot of stuff to a subfolder.

    I use a custom template, but it seems it is not using the CSS. In the source-code I see (debugmode) the correct template is used and also some pictures are linked (and in the correct folder/map), but the website is still not showing some nice layout. Also the pictures are not shown.

    I’m probably looking over something, but I can’t figure it out.

    Does anyone have a hint?
