Critical error when adding gift card to cart

Hi,
We have a problem when adding gift card product to cart. WordPress send us to an error page with this message: “There has been a critical error on this site. Learn more about WordPress debugging.”
We have both the plugin (and others) and the wordpress version updated to the latest version available.
Can you please help us? Thanks

We are not able to replicate your issue. I suggest to perform some test:
- First, enable the debug.log and check for any error that can help indentify what is causing your problem.
- Lastly, you can disable your plugins except WooCommerce and our to check if any of your other plugin creates a conflict.
