Coundn’t activate

    I download plugin, used ftp to upload to folder under wp-content/plugins/ can see on dashboard but won’t activation fails, I also tried install from upload and install from wordpress.org, none worked. Do I need to rename the plugin folder name? I guess I’m moving on to another solution but wanted to let you know there is some install issue, probably permissions.

    Do I need to rename the plugin folder name?

    That shouldn’t be necessary.

    Can you please send us the error message you’re getting and also provide screenshots showing the issue?
