“Could not create label – Unbekannte Absenderreferenz”

    When i enable “Add Logo” i get this error :

    "Could not create label - Unbekannte Absenderreferenz"

    – A Sender was already created in the Portal
    – A logo was already uplodead there
    – The Sender Reference in WooCommerce is the Same as in the Portal

    Maybe because i currently useing the Sandbox Account ?
