Could not connect to SMTP host

    We migrated our host from iPage to Zoho. Previously, we had no issues with the mailing system, but now we cannot send emails from our site. It shows some errors like “Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server SMTP server error: Failed to connect to server”

    Hi @athirakalesh,

    Thanks for reaching out! According to the error message, it looks like your new server is blocking your SMTP connection requests.

    When you get a chance, please reach out to your hosting support. Some hosts will block SMTP connections and typically don’t advertise this limitation. Most probably your Firewall is blocking those requests and they should be able to assist you further.
