Hello, we have a FAQ page with several Q&A made with FAQ Schema from UAE plugin available in Elementor. They worked fine up until we installed Complianz Cookies Consent. If we refuse cookies, every thing works OK. But when accepting cookies on the website, clicking the Question that should open the Answer bellow is opening for half a second then closes automatically! Can’t read the Answer content. So this is a real concern. What can be done about the conflict? By clicking any of the Questions, you will see the effect. If you Refuse cookies, then all is good. No more automatic closing after half a second.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Marquopolo,

Thank you for your message, and my apologies for the delayed response.

When visiting your domain, and trying in any way possible, the answers remain open so I’m assuming you’ve managed to fix the issue yourself.

    Have a great day!

    Hello,

Yes, since this bug was delaying the website launch, we decided to change the Element used. The FAQ Schema from UAE was removed yesterday and after testing, the Advanced Accordion element was working fine. Not as pretty, but it works. We found a work around but the issue between Complianz and the FAQ Schema element from UAE remains… we must Refuse the cookies so the opening of the answer stay open. If we accept the cookies, it opens than closes right away. Impossible to read the answer.

Hope the tech support of Complianz will solve this issue.

    Regards,

    Hi,

Thank you for the additional details. As we cannot troubleshoot something we cannot see, nor can we ask for access to your (staging) backend on this forum I’ll have to refer you to our regular support methods via our website or within the app itself.

    Thank you for understanding.
