May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your website? If yes, please could you try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem. I haven’t explained myself correctly: as you can see from the screencast before to click on the button the content of the section is in the middle of the screen; after closing the popup it appears on the top. Plus, if you try to scroll down it completely lose the alignment.
Tried with disabling the asset caching but didn’t worked.

I checked the page where the issue is occurring. Indeed the page content disappears when the popup is displaying as seen here https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxweB4
It seems the div section of the page content is moving. Please note that trigger click open only has control over the selected button and not the page content (div section).
Upon further investigation, it seems there is an error on the console. To check this on your end, kindly use our documentation Checking JavaScript Errors
I would also suggest checking our documentation Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker
