• There is a plugin conflict with Redis Object Cache.

It appears that Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce is constantly flushing the cache.

When I disable Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce Redis works properly but with it enabled the cache is flushed all the time.

  • Hi @masterk,

    Greetings! Thanks for writing in.

Please note that the Premmerce Permalink Manager is not responsible for flushing the cache of the website. It is the other way around where Redis Object Cache is the one doing that.

I would recommend reaching the support of the said caching plugin here for them to have a look at this issue.

If they need anything from our end, please do not hesitate to reach out, as we are more than happy to further help.

Actually they helped me debug the problem and I could see in the logs that your plugin was causing the cache flush. They told me to contact you.

For what it is worth when I disabled your plugin the problem stopped.

    Hi Michael,

For us to properly help you, and conduct our own investigation, would you please submit a ticket from our support platform here?

Kindly provide as many details as possible, including the logs you mentioned from your previous message.
