sorry, the “to” at the end of the first link is supposed to have a space before it and should not be included

Follow these steps to change the siteurl and home values back directly in the database: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/upgrade/migrating/#changing-the-site-url
You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.
When that’s fixed, follow this guide to properly move WordPress: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/upgrade/migrating/#moving-directories-on-your-existing-server
Thank you for replying! The only issue is I cannot access the dashboard of my site application because I changed the URL- so it is just going to https://evietharpe.com

As mentioned, you’ll need to do the fix in phpMyAdmin, which you’ll in your hosting account’s control panel, not your Dashboard.
Okay thank you. I’m sorry I’m a student just learning wordpress for a project so very unfamiliar with how to access it. I am using installatron. Is this in files and tables or a separate website?

You’ll need to consult your hosting provider’s documentation or support for how to locate your hosting account’s control panel and then phpMyAdmin inside of that.
Your hosting provider is whomever you pay monthly or yearly to host your website.
