Hi, I’m receiving an error using the plugin

    Certificate verification disabled (sslverify=false)

It’s connected in someway to object cache (using eAcccelerator).

The error disappear if I disable the cache.

I know this is a very old error for your plugin.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @mrl4n

    Thank you for reaching out.

We haven’t received any reports with this kind of issue.

We’ve released a new update, and it is Popup Maker v1.18.0. Can you update your plugin?

Please ensure to flush/clear any cache available on your site after updating the plugin, and retest using a private or incognito window.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @mrl4n,

    Thanks for the response.

Have you reached out to the developers of your caching plugin?

We tried looking this error up and it seems to occur on other plugins too, which means this is mainly from your caching mechanism.

When you said the error disappears when you disable the cache, do you mean the asset caching from Popup Maker?

We look forward to your response.

Hi @kimmyx, thanks for your answer.

Something I don’t understand, if the error to occur on other plugin too, how can means this is mainly from my caching mechanism?

Can you suggest an object cache mechanism working with pop up maker?

When I said the error disappear when I disable the cache, if I disable entirely the cache plugin, pop up maker don’t give me this error.

The error came from pop up maker, no, I never reached out the developers of my cache plugin, till now.
