Greetings! We recently moved to new hosting (on Windows) and we are getting the following error in the log:

error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\Additional\PHPSettings\cacert.pem CApath: none

The posting to Facebook is not working due to to this error. Twitter posting is fine.

I had our host verify the file is there, and it is, yet it still isn’t working. What else can we check?
