• When make change category name and press Update, got: 
    'You need higher level of permission...' after exit 
    and login again as administrator, I see some discrepancy. 
    Changed category not more existing, if add new category, 
    appear more products inside, and can not set it, 
    after change category and Upload nothing changed, 
    same as before. All of that I tested more times 
    and always problems appear. 
    Also in mean time lost a more Attributes, just 
    see Attribute name, but no elements inside.
    Any idea why it happen?

    For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me the results:
    1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins.
    3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4- Check your issue.
    5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue

    Note: if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

    I sent you images. It is very unsecure if some change on existing Categories, Attributs or Tags.
    Thi time when add Category again, Assign to some products after that not accept my category assign, set checkbox, Update, and not assign, remain category empty.
    Some look like data base relation problems.

    As well when change Attribute description got again You need higher level of permission, and delete me a lot previous attribute settings (more hours work)

    Category with more products, simply disappear. But when looking in DB, see it in tables, with correct data, name, Id… Can not understand how disappear, and products stay as orphans.
    Any body can help.

    Sorry to hear about the problems you’re experiencing but these are unrelated to OceanWP as OceanWP doesn’t control your product categories, creations of such, user permissions, etc.

    As I assume you’re referring to WooCommerce, you can regenerate tables via WP dashboard, WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    However, it would be best to consult with respective WooCommerce support on this matter: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    In addition to it, I do not recommend making changes to your database on your own.

    If you’re using a different eCommerce plugin, please reach to the plugin developer support.
