Hello, I am inserting the Captcha V2 or V3 and in the preview inside the form it shows it ok, but in real the website does not show it, it is as hidden, how can I make it visible?

    Hi there @goala2016

Are you perhaps also using the Complianz plugin, or any other similar cookie declaration plugin, on your site?

If so, please check if you have perhaps selected to hide/block recaptcha in that plugin.

If that is not the issue, please do let us know and we’ll dig in with you. 🙂

    Cheers!
    Patrick

Hi, I don’t use any cache plugins, I even cleared my browser’s cache just in case, but nothing.

I am using this GDPR module but it does not have any option to block or remove Cookies.

Can you give me a solution? It also happens to me on other websites, that the form in Preview does show the captcha but not in real on the web.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @goala2016

Would it be possible sending the form URL and we can take a closer look at the source code page?

    Hey there @goala2016

I can see a couple of JS errors in the console log that might be affecting the form loading as well. https://i.imgur.com/FIfdekW.png

Could you please proceed with a conflict test around this?
    How to:
First, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.
Then deactivate all plugins apart from Forminator, activate a default theme like TwentyTwentyOne, clear all caches, and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination. The following flowchart image can assist you during this test: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
If this is a live website with traffic, I’d rather advise to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the test in there instead without worrying about the live site. I have disabled all the modules except WPBaker and Forminator, and in the Bridge theme it is still not displayed, I have tried changing to theme twenty and it is displayed. Can you see in more detail? Or would I have to write to the theme?

    Hi @goala2016

I checked our reported issues but couldn’t find any related to the Bridge theme.

Can you please go to Forminator > Form > Behaviour and check if the form is loading from Ajax?

Toggle the option ( example, if ajax is disabled, enable it), then check if makes any difference in the front end.

Let us know the result you got.

Right, I have enabled that Ajax option and it has already worked. Thanks.
