Can’t update

    get error “Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.”

    HI there,

    Thank you for writing in,

    Please use your FTP or the Cpanel if your site is live then please go yo the wp-content >> plugins folder and delete the plugin.

    Now you can go back to your dashboard >> plugins >> add new plugin and install the plugin on your site.
