    Hello,

    I want to keep using DocsPress, but before I installed it I had Better Docs installed. This somehow merged all of the files and folders together. For example, if I clicked “switch to classic UI’ in Better Docs, it would take me to the DocsPress page.

    And even when I deleted Better Docs, all of the documents created in BetterDocs appeared in DocsPress.

    Now, DocsPress documents do not load on my site. When I try to open a doc, it just brings up a blank page. The docs archive works, however.

    To try and fix this issue, I have deleted/dropped all of the Better Docs tables, and removed all Better Docs options. However, the problem is still occurring. My DocsPress documents will not appear. I have fully uninstalled BetterDocs, and removed all of the options and tables from the database, but my DocsPress docs are not showing on the frontend. The page is just blank.

    How can I completely uninstall DocsPress? I want to uninstall it, remove all options and tables, and then reinstall it. Because right now, it’s not working on my site (and I do not have a backup from before this problem occurred).

    Hopefully, fully uninstalling DocsPress and removing all the tables, will then allow me to install it again from fresh and hopefully it will all work properly. 🤞

    Hey.

    There are a lot of reasons why this may happen and I don’t know what exactly happens with your installation. 3rd-party documentation plugins may conflict in different ways.

    If you already removed all Better Docs data and deactivated the plugin, and DocsPress still not working, I can only suggest you check the permalinks.

    Open Settings → Permalinks and press the Save button. If the problem is from the permalinks, after this action everything should work fine. If not, I don’t know what to suggest 🤷‍♂️
